TERMS OF SALE: Bidders must have positive identification and a $600.00 deposit in the form of a bank check (treasurer's, cashier's, or certified) to qualify to bid. No personal or business checks will be accepted. The check should be made payable to the Suffolk County Sheriff's Department - Civil Process OR Bid-der's Name (this meaning that both the Suffolk County Sheriff's Department and the bidder's name should appear on the check, connected by the word OR). Bidder shall have seventy-two (72) hours from the time of sale to complete the transaction.
