By virtue of an Execution, in Civil Action Number 1607CV000133, issued by the Boston Municipal Court Department of the Trial Court for Civil Business-Dorchester Division, wherein Khanh Le is named Judgment Creditor, and Esther Lafontant, Esther Lafontant d/b/a L&C Enterprises, Inc., and Virginie Cazir d/b/a L&C Enterprises, Inc., are named Judgment Debtor(s), I have seized and taken all the right, title and interest which the said Esther Lafontant, Esther Lafontant d/b/a L&C Enterprises, Inc., and Virginie Cazir d/b/a L&C Enterprises, Inc., had on the sixth (6th) day of October, in the year two thousand and sixteen (2016) to the within listed Personal Property:

On Monday, October 31st at 11:00 o'clock in the forenoon on the premises of Rare Moving And Trucking, 65 Baystate Road, Braintree, MA 02184 (Back Of The Building Towards The Right) I will sell said right, title and interest at public auction, to the highest bidder.
Bidders must have positive identification and a $600.00 deposit in the form of a bank check (treasurer's, cashier's, or certified) to qualify to bid. No personal or business checks will be accepted. The check should be made payable to the Suffolk County Sherif's Department - Civil Process OR Bidder's Name (this meaning that both the Suffolk County Sheriff's Department and the bidder's name should appear on the check, connected by the word OR). Bidder shall have seventy-two (72) hours from the time of sale to complete the transaction.
